Join us on Sunday, June 18th at 8 am for a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Family Fun Run!!
We will have muffins and tea to celebrate Mom and donuts and coffee to celebrate Dad.
Bring the whole family!
Bring the whole family and extended family for a wonderful morning of fresh air and to get our bodies moving together!
We will meet at 8 am, warm up/shake our sillies away, complete a one mile (run/walk) around Wilde Lake Park together.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
Body Ignite $15 per class From $0 per visit with First Class Free pass No purchase required to enroll
Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will build muscle and strength. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you increase flexibility and core strength. A perfect complement to Run Club, or as a stand alone workout, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!
Playgroup Free From $0 per visit with First Class Free pass No purchase required to enroll
Join us for a free and fun playgroup for all ages! 6weeks - 6 years!
Each week we will be a different fun theme with a story time, craft or activity for our youngest members!
All you need is a yoga mat, towel or something to sit on. All other materials will be provided.
Please register for this free event so we are sure to save a spot for you. Playgroup immediately follows our Stroller Strides class 2x a month on Fridays (11-11:30am) and Saturdays (10-10:30am)
