American Specialty Health Group (ASH) is an independent company that provides access to a network of health and wellness practitioners on behalf of employer insurance policies. ASH clients can come to any classes on your membership. ASH membership is not covered for session programs at this time.




12x/Month Membership $75 every month • Unlimited visits • Attend unlimited classes Saturdays and Sundays at any Fit4Mom Howard County Location. Membership includes Stroller Strides, Body Ignite, Body BOOST as well as FIT4MOM OnDemand access.


Can also be any combo of 3 weekday/weeknight classes a week (Stroller Strides, Body Boost) as it pertains to 12 classes/month.

Maternity Leave - 8 Week Pass $150 • Unlimited visits for 2 months • Join us for your Maternity leave. Great way to get moving and connected to the local mom community during your Maternity leave.
Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will build muscle and strength. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you increase flexibility and core strength. A perfect complement to Run Club, or as a stand alone workout, this easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!
