$20 for the rest of April 2024 when you sign up for a 3-month membership. After 1 month (April 20th - May 20th), regular monthly billing will resume with either a $99 (unlimited monthly membership) or $75 (12x/month membership) a month memberships. Monthly memberships include access to Stroller Strides, Body Ignite and Body Boost classes, after class playgroups and Mom-only events! Unlimited monthly memberships also gain access to FIT4MOM OnDemand, our online portal for workouts on any streaming device!

12x/Month or "Weekender" Membership $75 every month • Unlimited visits • Attend unlimited classes Saturdays and Sundays at any Fit4Mom Howard County Location. Membership includes Stroller Strides, Body Ignite, Body BOOST as well as FIT4MOM OnDemand access.


Can also be any combo of 3 weekday/weeknight classes a week (Stroller Strides, Body Boost) as it pertains to 12 classes/month.

Join us for a free and fun playgroup for all ages! 6weeks - 6 years!

Each week we will be a different fun theme with a story time, craft or activity for our youngest members!

All you need is a yoga mat, towel or something to sit on. All other materials will be provided.
Please register for this free event so we are sure to save a spot for you.
Class attendance is not required to join our playgroup and immediately follows Friday and Saturday Stroller Strides class 2x/month.
