Hi Mamas! I'm Erinn, wife to Bryan and Mama to Brynn, 3.5 and Evan, 7 months. I first found FIT4MOM in August 2019, 2 months after having my daughter, when my sweet neighbor and Mama bestie invited me to a class. I was instantly hooked and felt that sense of community and connection right away. I honestly forgot I was even able to get a good workout in, because I was so proud of myself for leaving the house with my newborn and getting some MUCH needed adult interaction with fellow moms at EVERY stage of motherhood!
Motherhood is life-changing, messy, isolating and exhausting. It's also the best "job" I've ever had and I'm so grateful to have the support from the community here in Howard County. We were never meant to do this alone. I am truly humbled that now, almost 4 years later, I get the honor and the privilege to be a part of this fabulous FIT4MOM Howard County team as YOUR new owner of FIT4MOM Howard County!! I am here to remind you there is SO much strength in motherhood, and you've got this, Mama! We have space for YOU!
