Jamie Stavinski

Hi! My name is Jamie Stavinski and I am so happy to be launching the Strides 360 Program for Fit4Mom Howard County. I am a former high school Spanish teacher and current Stay at Home Mom. I live in Ellicott City with my husband, Jon, and my little ones, Anna (4) and Andrew (2). I am so thrilled to become a Fit4Mom instructor. This program has been so important to me and my family and I can’t wait to share the Fit4Mom love with others. My journey with Fit4Mom started about 3 and a half years ago at Stroller Strides with Anna. We have been a part of this village ever since and now my youngest, Andrew, is getting to experience the joy of Fit4Mom as well. I am passionate about fitness and keeping myself healthy so that I can properly chase these children around all day! I can’t wait to lead you through your fitness journey and learn more about you and your kids. See you at Strides 360!
